JOB TITLE: HR Business Partner
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: £55,000-£60,000 per annum

Our client is one of the success stories within in the FMCG sector operating throughout the UK and Ireland. They have an impressive brand portfolio of food products with a significant and growing turnover. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner based in Northampton.

The business recognises that their continued growth and success has been attributed to their engaged highly talented and motivated individuals. The HR Business Partner will work closely with their colleagues to implement the HR strategy accordingly, allowing individuals to develop their careers and capabilities within a fast-moving and responsive working environment.

Key accountabilities for the HR Business Partner role to include:
* HR Strategy
* Organisation Design
* Talent Management
* HR Policy and Compliance

The ideal HR Business Partner will have a sound HR generalist background with the ability to understand the commercial drivers of a diverse group of FMCG businesses.

We are looking for someone who can inspire others through leadership and training.
