Multi site Food Manufacturer - sites across the UK require an expert to manage their Innovation function. Customer focussed and a strong leader of people required.

Excellent opportunity to work with a fantastic innovative uk food business.

This Site NPD Leadership role working for an award winning business looking to take their category to the next level in their journey. This role is integral to the success of the business and will be a highly visual role within the business.

The role has the following key purposes:

1. To create, direct and deliver an innovation and NPD plan that supports the strategy and drives growth opportunities for the future

2. To create and sustain a high performing NPD team that consistently delivers excellence in terms of execution of product development projects

3. To actively take part in the innovation leadership team driving the current change programme with regards structure, process, ways of working and culture.

This NPD role needs an expert, someone who will inspire the customers and commercially improve how the site delivers products in the future. 

To be successful in this interview process you will need to:

1. Be in a NPD Leadership role in the food sector.

2. Have strong retail multiple credentials

3. Referred to as an inspiring and motivational team leader

4. Be happy with business business transformation as a key objective 

5. Motivated by the challenge of substantially increasing sales via your departments innovation work
