You love to be at the centre of attention. You are no shrinking violet and you don't mind hearing the sound of your own voice! You have an ability to empathise with people from all walks of life and get down - or up - to their level so that the training is at its most effective.
Not one to follow a set formula when it comes to training you are capable and happy to adapt to your audience - whether it is one to one or presenting to a small group, you can target the training accordingly.
To be considered for this role you will most certainly need to have worked in a manufacturing environment. It is vital that you have shown an ability to successfully train individuals in a demanding, fast moving environment. Working in an operation that works 24/7 our client has a large number of employees and associated with that a reasonable turnover of staff.
Dealing with new starters as well as seasoned operatives will be par for the course. As will those who have been promoted or who need to be taught new processes that have been introduced as a result of efficiencies or legal requirements. The type of "audience" that you will be working with is very varied and you love that - no two days are the same in this job.
