Head of Operations

Our client is an exciting and growing food manufacturer who supply their diverse range of products to the major multiples as well as a number of recognisable independents. They are now looking for a Head of Operations to facilitate their ambitious growth plan.

In this role you will have total responsibility of all the manufacturing within the business and will be accountable for the revenue, profit and growth. The Key objective in this role is to achieve operational excellence. You will create and implement a strategy to achieve this and install robust KPI measurements that the business can adhere to. You will also lead a multi-functional management team  you will drive each department to over achieve and ultimately improve profitability.

Able to demonstrate exceptionally high levels of business competence you will be a well rounded individual with a very strong process or ingredient driven manufacturing background ideally supplying into Retail channels. You will be very personable, as this is a highly influential role both internally and externally and it is vital that you can drive the business forward and establish a positive, energetic culture ready to embrace significant change in what will be a challenging but highly rewarding role.
