Business Development and Account Manager
Our client is a family owned and managed successful business which continues to grow organically at a rapid pace after 70 years of profitable trading.
They are looking to fill a vacancy for a Business Development and Account Manager. Ideally the candidate should have experience in all forms of Horticulture, Floristry, Nursery Propagation, Christmas Decoration and Interior & Exterior Planting. However, experience in only selected areas of this list will be acceptable provided you are willing to learn.
Based in Burnham, near Slough, the job will involve approximately three days per fortnight out of the office, usually in Central London, where you will be visiting existing and future clients to help design and to provide quotations for all forms of floral and plant displays, as well as manage all aspects of running the account.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the position is flexible with no set times or place of work. The candidate will be expected to be able to manage their own work role to ensure successful results.
A basic salary will be augmented with generous incentives. A company vehicle can be provided and /or travel expenses paid.
