We've got a fantastic opportunity to join our site in Selby as a Receptionist on either a full-time or part-time basis.Main responsibilities
As an experienced Receptionist, you'll join the front of house team, reporting directly to the HR Advisor.
You'll be the first person our customers contact at Greencore, both in person and on the telephone and you will need to have a professional and friendly manner. You will need to deal with enquiries in an efficient and friendly manner.
You'll manage everything from the incoming and outgoing post; TNT parcels; hotel, train and flight bookings; the site stationery order; weekly movements for specific teams on site; helping and supporting in the HR office as and when required and any other administration tasks that require support.Ideal candidate
You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you'll be meeting a range of customers, both internal and external to the company.
Your organisational and problem solving skills will be second to none and you will need to be fully computer literate.
You will need to be enthusiastic and efficient with a willingness to learn.
This is a great opportunity to join Greencore on a part-time basis, working either full-time or part-time. If you're part-time, it will be 2.5 days per week, but some flexibility will be required around these hours and additional hours may be required, especially to cover holidays etc.
