The Role

Pro-active and highly motivated, a self starter used to working in a fast paced environment with strong IT skills, you are also determined, outgoing, and ready for the next challenge. This role is for you.
Working closely with all members of the Direct Sales Team you will play a pivitol role in seeing the opportunities through from pipeline to our customer kitchens.
With a flexible approach, this high profile role is a fantastic opportunity for you to make it your own and quickly develop and expand upon the following Key Responsibilities -

- Adding value and support to the Direct Sales team through product tenders
- Building internal tender documents
- Managing the tender process internally by liaisng with Category & Procurement
- Producing sales-related presentations and reports
- Assisting in arranging product presentations and depot tours
- Arranging and ensuring safe delivery of samples as required
- Building strong relationships with the Category & Procurement team
- Providing specification information to customers
- Supporting the NAMs with product sampling sessions
- Attending team meetings off site & customer meetings as required
- Managing HRY and account set up with account creations
- Collating and verifying product price lists & maintaining ABLs in partnership with the Customer Support team in Ashford
- Being a key contact for customer procurement and category style queries

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong organisation & time management skills
- To be able to prioritise workloads and work well under pressure
- Work on their own initiative as well as working in a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verabally & in writing
- Stroung knowledge of SAP, MS Excel & PowerPoint is essential
