Interim HR Manager - long-term role - £375-400/day - November start date
This is a great interim HR role and it will really appeal to an interim with the strategic experience to input on OD projects, people engagement, embedding structure, and working with the senior team. The success of this assignment needs a solid HR generalist with a background in manufacturing; an individual who enjoys being in the factory, involved with the operations teams and to be 'part of it'.
If you prefer purely strategic assignments, away from the day-to-day reality of the operation, then this won't be suitable.
The business has had real success in the last two years and it now needs an Interim HR Manager to take this site forward, embed a HR footprint, provide the senior management team with the support they need to underpin the success so far and take the business forward.
If you prefer to operate on a contract pro rata basis this will also be considered. A number of HR professionals have shown a preference for this route and the client is open to both day rate and contract options.
