Reporting to the General Manager, your role as Technical Manager is to control, communicate and monitor all food safety, legality and quality aspects of the company’s performance, setting standards which surpass the needs and wants of the customers. You will manage BRC, quality assurance systems and procedures, monitoring adherence to set standards, ensure that all aspects of HACCP are in place and that all technical needs and wants are fully satisfied, audits are fully prepared for, and any follow up actions are achieved within the required timescale.
- Candidates should have a strong technical track record is essential, ideally in a chilled / prepared foods environment.
- Lead Auditor qualification and a degree in a food technology discipline are both highly advantageous.
- You will have a strong focus on needs of the customer, together with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
