They are looking for an experienced Supervisory/Manager from a fresh produce, production and/or FMCG environment to run the Packhouse that maintains and meets daily orders. The role is integral to ensuring customers' order are produced to the highest standards, budgeted properly and on time. The Role

Key Responsibilities:
To Supervise and lead the team in order to ensure that production is planned and products are packed on time.
Monitor the daily performance and pro actively improve under performing areas.
Ensure that teams are trained in accordance with all Operating Procedures.
Work closely with the Senior Operations Manager and Production Planner to implement the daily production.
Help to develop and maintain a highly competent and engaged team through by identifying areas of improvement in order to maintain a high skill base.

The Candidate

It is essential that you come from a management or supervisory function within a relevant industry and have superb written and verbal communication skills in order to meet production deadlines and KPI's. It is highly desirable and advantageous that you have Experience with Rubicon Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP), Lean manufacturing training and ideally hold a current MHE certificate (Counter Balance, Flexi or PPT).
