J Sykes & Sons Ltd is one of the UK’s leading independent seafood suppliers. We are experts in supplying mixed-pallet to multiple-pallet quantities of frozen seafood to foodservice groups, wholesalers, retailers, and processors.

The Job

Experienced National Account Managers required to account manage a portfolio of retail or food service business.

Our current portfolio of retail customers includes many household names and we also trade with the majority of the key food service players.

You will work in a customer-focused, multicultural, feedback rich, open and informal environment where you will grow to understand the manufacturing process including sourcing, production and packaging.

You will help drive the sales team by building long-term customer partnerships, deal with various customer related issues, make commercial based decisions, participate in cross functional project teams and take own project responsibilities.

Together, you will also help to develop and train less experienced members of our graduate scheme.  
Your Experience

To be considered for the National Account Managers role you will have had a successful career to date in account management preferably within the food sector.

Your CV will display development and an ever increasing range of experience within your chosen field.

You will be entrepreneurial, pro-active and have an independent attitude together with eagerness to work for a professional and international organisation with interesting career opportunities.

More Details

The National Account Managers vacancies are based in South East England and are paying a salary based on experience and background.

The standard working hours will be office hours, Monday to Friday, however due to the nature of the role, flexibility will be required.
