Technical Services Manager
Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting a Technical Services Manager based in Southern England
The company forms part of a leading national group, built upon many years of experience. This business specifically are a national leading supplier of fresh products and are leaders in their category with regard to innovation and progression amongst their employee engagement. They now require a Technical Services Manager to join their close-knit team.
As a Technical Services Manager, key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of Technical Account Managers
- Maintenance and continuous improvements of the group Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with current food safety legislation
- Providing a link and working with the Sales and Marketing team on all relevant projects
- Providing strategic direction to the Customer Technical Team in alignment with both the Technical, Risk and Governance department and Group strategies/business plans
You will have a breadth of management experience, perhaps already in a Technical Assistant or Managerial role looking for your step up or across to have more exposure. Experience within a food manufacturing technical function with exposure to the major multiples would sit you well to excel within this position. You will understand how to build strong customer relations and use this to meet their requirements, whilst driving growth within the business.
