We are seeking a talented individual to work for an international, blue-chip company who manufacture and supply their own internationally recognised branded products into major UK retailers. Throughout the years their products have shaped fascinating markets and continually delighted consumers through quality and innovation.

The job

This role is responsible for the management and maintenance of the consumer response system. You will be responsible for product feedback and the monthly communication to other production sites and third party suppliers, evaluate and report on the data from all consumer contacts, provide the reports, minutes and action logs for the monthly quality meetings, provide technical and administrative support to the Head of Quality Assurance plus be responsible for the management & development of the Consumer Response Assistant.

Your experience

To be considered for the Consumer Response Manager job, you will have at least 2 years experience in a management position in a customer service/consumer response role and have worked in an FMCG environment, most preferably food manufacturing. You will hold a minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths & English, be an effective communicator and have excellent communication skills.
