The Role
We are looking for someone who has excellent general warehouse and/or distribution administration skills and preferably previous supervisory experience.
The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Taking responsibility for the performance of all administration within the designated functional area (e.g. distribution or warehouse/operations)
- Agree and manage the achievement of demanding KPIs in line with company and customer requirements
- Proactively inform internal/external customers of any administration issues and ensure full solution is reached in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure corrective action is taken relating to administrative issues and appropriate follow up is actioned
- To work in collaboration with shift managers to ensure appropriate administrative support is provided accurately and on time
- To be available to provide hands on administrative support to cover team members as required
- To develop and coach administrators to ensure they have the skills and competencies required to perform an excellent job

Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
This role will be responsible for a team of up to 8 administrators.
