The job

This is a challenging opportunity for a Commercial Executive. The main purpose of the role will be to proactively support the Commercial Managers with the day to day relationships with key customers and assist on developing customer facing initiatives to build the business through profitable trading opportunities. You will support the Commercial Managers in ensuring that growth is achieved, ensuring efficient management of the product range by utilising all aspects of the category management process, monitoring sales performance to budget & forecast, managing internal/external relationships between NPD, technical and commercial departments whilst supporting the Commercial Managers with customer account management.

Your experience

This role would suit a committed, disciplined and well organised individual with solid experience of working in a commercial environment, most preferably UK food or beverage manufacturing. With your excellent communication skills and natural influence, you will have a flair for building and maintaining relationships at all levels and be able to prioritise and proactively manage multiple tasks whilst working to tight deadlines. You will also be highly articulate and numerate plus have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The Commercial Executive job is based in East Midlands region and is paying £30,000. This is initially a 12 month maternity contract, which is highly likely to become a a permanent role.
