Job Title: Regional Operations & Sales Manager

The areas to be covered will be: South
Summary: Accountable for the smooth running of 5 Southern based Van Sales Depots

The key accountabilities and responsibilities of this role are:

- Overseeing the day-to-day Operation for all Depots
- Maintaining Health & Safety Standards
- Ensuring all Journeys are fully maned and ran efficiently
- Maximising Sales through all Depots

Key skills will include:

- Journey & Demand planning
- Strong operations background

- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Strong relationship builder
- Strong influencing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Spearheading cross-functional ways of working with Group colleagues

- Enthusiastic with a can do attitude
- P&L knowledge
- Sales experience and knowledge of Sales processes

Key Measurements:

- Sales to Budget against Last Year`s performance by Depot
- P&L to Budget against Last Year`s performance by Depot
