Head of HR - FMCG - Loughborough

Our client is a leading player in the FMCG Market and as part of their future growth plans they are now looking for a Head of HR to join and help develop and grow the business through their people!

We are looking for either an ambitious senior HR Manager or a current Head of HR who feels frustrated at their lack of progress looking for their next challenge within a progressive business.

You will be charged with creating and delivering an integrated Strategic People Plan, with setting out the entire HR strategy and then communicating it across the business. This business is already a great place to work and they have ambitions of becoming a nationally recognised employer within the next 5 years; you will be custodian of this project.

As Head of HR you will be tasked with delivering a reward strategy and plan that attracts, incentivises and motivates every person in the business to deliver. As well as the strategic aspect you will also coach and encourage the HR team, executive board and senior managers to improve personal and team effectiveness, whilst also ensuring regular/recurring people-processes are delivered efficiently.
