We are seeking a talented individual to work for this innovative and vibrant manufacturer. Established over 50 years ago, the business has undergone huge success and is now one of the leading suppliers in their sector with products sourced from all over the world.

The job

As Production Line Leader, your role is to assist in the achievement of production targets and standards as set out by the business and to supervise staff working on the production line. You will operate machinery efficiently and safely with the aim to meet scheduled production output, produce stock at an agreed rate and quality, maintain quantity and quality records during the production runs ensuring raw materials and components that of an acceptable standard, carry out maintenance and cleaning of machinery and the production area and uphold the hygiene (GMP) and safety standards of the company.

Your experience

You will possess some experience of working in a production role in an FMCG environment (preferably food manufacturing) and any knowledge of food safety standards is highly desirable. You will also possess excellent team working and communication skills and be well organised with good planning and time management skills.

More details

The Production Line Leader job is based in the South West region and is paying £19,000, which will rise to £20,000 once the probation period has been completed. The working hours will be a rotating shift pattern of 5.30am – 2.00pm and 1.30om – 10.00pm.
