We are recruiting for an Office/Customer Services Administrator on behalf of our client; a large ingredients and flavourings manufacturer based just South of Royston, Hertfordshire

The position is full time, permanent and an excellent opportunity for a competent Administrator with strong Customer Service skills to develop their career within the Food Manufacturing Industry.

Job Description:

  • Answering, screening and directing calls
  • General administration
  • Speaking with clients/customers
  • Being proactive with regards to providing excellent customer service at all times
