This successful and energetic business seeks the same attributes in their next Technical Service and Systems Manager in to ensure all systems are implemented correctly and the technical strategy is supported in every way.

To be successful with this opportunity within the Technical department of a multi-site business, you must have experience with working with food products or in a food manufacturing environment, supporting a business in a technical based role and also managing a small team of staff. This truly exciting role also requires strong technical and customer service abilities as-well as a positive and ambitious outlook as this will really allow you to make the most of this exhilarating opportunity in a successful and changing company!

The Technical Services Manager will:
*Ensure that the company and site QMS are correctly implemented and fully understood and also maintain and develop the system in place.
*Where non-conformances are identified, working with operations, engineering and other key functions, identify the root cause and appropriate corrective action.
*The ability to manage workload priorities and deliver against agreed timescales is essential to successfully deliver the requirements
*To support and actively promote the site technical strategy, objectives and continuous improvement within the framework of the company values.
*To support the Site Technical Manager with customer and 3rd party audits, especially with respect to the Quality Management System and the documentary evidence to support the audit process. To record any non-conformances and to manage the corrective action process to point of closure.
*To interact with local enforcement bodies as required.
*To manage the Technical Administrator to ensure that they are clear in their work priorities and deliver a high standard of work within the technical team.
*To support the site Technical Manager with any applicable retailers for own label production and reporting requirements
*To establish, implement and monitor the site technical agenda and related KPI's in line with group technical, business and customer requirements.
