Two exciting opportunities have arisen to provide professional experience and practical insight to aid the evaluation, development and implementation of fit for purpose solutions, policies and practices aligned to the delivery of key project/programme objectives.

Key AccountabilitiesWorking with the project team and other functional SMEs you will be required to define future state business systems and processes, acting as the custodian of a given business process area and representing a Business Unit or Division.
You will be responsible for determining that proposed plans are relevant and fit for purpose and that two way communication between the project and the operational business is maintained at all times.
Leading the development and implantation of individual Business Unit/Manufacturing Unit transformation activities, to ensure that changes to policy and practice are implemented and embedded consistently across the Group.
You will also be responsible for providing training and coaching to ensure that capability gaps and relevant new thinking is developed in order to maximise the opportunities that the change will bring.
Skills & ExperienceYou will need to be a recognised Subject Matter Expert for a given field of expertise; i.e. Warehousing and/or System 21, knowing the internal practice and external benchmarks.
A proven track record of leading change programmes and embedding new policy/practice and the ability to lead a team to shape and deploy those policies and practices is essential.
