Hands on Night Shift Bakery Manager Required in South Wales
Responsibilities would be to work in conjunction with staff and also to take control of staff on shifts.
Production handling and to supervise bread quality.
Must have knowledge of HACCP and any other qualifications in the Food Sector.
Knowledge in the bakery business is essential.
