Maintenance Department Electrical Engineer - South Northamptonshire
Fault finding and maintenance on;
·Production machines and their control systems
·PLC and computer control systems
·Plant services and their control systems
Design of simple electrical systems;
·Constructing and building
Testing of electrical installations;
·Competent use of test and measurement equipment
For the role you should have a recognised electrical engineering qualification and ideally be apprentice trained. Experience of working in a front line engineering position with in a fast manufacturing environment is essential.
Hours & Remuneration
07:30 - 17:30 with 1 hr lunch
O/T is 1.5 x basic and after 2pm on a Saturday is 2.0 x basic until 6am Monday morning.
If an employee worked every Saturday morning in 1 year that would add 4,613. Call out would also be on top of this. Following a 6 month satisfactory probationary period all electricians are on-call via a rota system
