The Role:

- Development and implementation of recruitment processes to deliver a pipeline of talent across the business. 
- Designing and delivering talent management programmes and supporting stakeholders across multiple sites to retain and develop their teams.
- You`ll play a key role in direct sourcing and take the lead in assessment and interview processes.

Your experience:

- Experience already gained in a recruitment or talent acquisition role in a retail or QSR environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong relationship building and pro-active communication skills.
- You should have high volume recruitment experience and you must have led recruitment processes from start through to completion, including support through induction and probationary periods.
- You`ll be a naturally engaging and positive individual with a self motivated approach and exceptional interpersonal skills.
