Are you a passionate Hygiene Manager with a desire to work for a leading food manufacturer?

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the best within the market, developing and creating. Are you looking at taking the next step in your career for a company taking the lead in their field and valued highly within the industry? The duties will require the hygiene and cleanliness standards are set, established and maintained, supporting all Production and Packing Departments in the business.

The main duties for the role will include:

*Support the management of the hygiene budget to consistently deliver the highest level of service within budgetary requirements.
*Guarantee that safe standards of hygiene are maintained throughout the site and that the level achieved, exceeds legislator, client and customer requirements.
*Looking after all KPI systems, producing weekly and monthly reports.
*Managing the hygiene team constantly developing the team, conducting performance development reviews, ensuring training plans are up to date.
*Proactively support the Technical Team to ensure that information correctly flows between departments.
*Liaise with the Engineering Department on night shift to sign off on hygiene standards.
