Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger
OVERALL ROLE SUMMARY
Full responsibility for producing and distributing the weekly accounts and reconciling weekly to monthly numbers. Development costings as required and maintain the cost matrix, Item maintenance on System 21.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Knowledge of System 21 and Advanced Excel skills
Attention to detail
Adhere to strict deadlines
Proactive in working style, self motivated
Show Initiative and be able to work within finance and cross-functional teams
The ability to communicate in an effective manner at all levels
Develop and promote a Health and Safety culture
Ensure swift accident reporting is carried out
Work within customer guidelines and promote and carry out environmentally friendly practice
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR ROLE
A relevant Financial qualification – CIMA, ACCA, ACA

The individual will need to be highly numerate and have excellent attention to detail. Individual initiative is important as the continual growth of the site demands that everybody must contribute to the success of the bakery. The finance team are a strong and dynamic group and would welcome someone who is enthusiastic and able to quickly deliver, as well as fitting in well to the team.
