A fantastic opportunity has become available for a true HR generalist to join our client. The successful candidate will providing high calibre HR support and guidance to the manufacturing site. You will be responsible for identifying and retaining talent, organisation development, recruitment programmes, employee relations, L&D and engagement.

·To provide excellent HR advice and support to the site leadership team, managers and employees
·To continuously improve and develop employee engagement
·Management of target delivery within budget.
·To support the Directors to deliver the HR Strategy.
·To proactively identify & promote engagement initiatives across the site to improve and increase engagement levels
·To conduct, analyse and present annual employee survey results with a view to year on year improvement.
·Advise, coach and support managers on the wide range of employee leadership activities across the Group.
·To develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels and actively support and influence the senior management team on site.
·Improve organisational competence by fostering the right approach; mediation, facilitation and co-ordination.
·To Provide performance management expertise and assistance to sustain the highest quality workforce
·To report and present accurate HR statistics and KPI’s
·Absence Management- ensuring managers/employees are fully briefed in procedures and absence is managed effectively on site.
·Effectively manage the personnel files, ensuring all employees have an up to date, comprehensive personnel file
·Co-ordinating employee benefit provision
·Assist in the implementation, communication and adherence of HR policies/procedures and initiatives
