Product Development Manager - Creative

As a Creative Product Development Manager, your key focus will be to deliver creative ideas and concepts through research and trends, to support future growth of New Product Development (NPD) in the futures team for the 2-5 year horizon.

What you'll be doing

Within the role of Creative Product Development Manager, you'll be creating and researching concepts through the development process, ensuring that technical and quality standards are achieved. You will build and maintain customer relationships, acting as the dedicated contact to provide accurate and consistent communication both internally and externally, ensuring any issues are identified and resolved quickly.
You will input product knowledge, research, trends and consumer insight to the category team to ensure product development is aligned with all of the key customer and consumer requirements.
What you'll need
Of graduate calibre, within a food or related discipline, you'll understand the retail environment and the principles and tools of category and strategic management.
Based on previous experience, you'll have a good understanding of food manufacturing principles with demonstrated leadership qualities.
You'll be at ease preparing and delivering a presentation and have a good understanding of Product Development terminology.
