The Role

Contact Centre Sales Advisors within brakes are essential in how we respond to and interact with our customers. It is important that all Contact Centre Sales Advisors have a drive to deliver excellent customer service and exceed our customer`s expectations. They will also support telesales management teams and contribute towards operational places that deliver the overall telesales strategy.

This role is for 25 hours per week over 5 days including Sunday
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- To develop profitable sales growth through existing and prospect customers in accordance with the business development plan

- To deliver excellent customer service

- To assist in the achievement of the department`s targets and objectives ensuring profitable sales growth is met / exceeded.
The Person

The successful operatives will have a strong customer focus and be a team player. You will have excellent time management skills and be a clear and effective communicator.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

- PC literate
- Verbal communication skills
- An ability to work in a pressured time critical environment
- Literacy and numerical skills
- Customer facing skills
- An ability to work effectively within team
- Objection handling and questioning


- Food knowledge
- Sales ability
