The job

The purpose of the Production Team Leader is to assist with the management of the day to day operation of the production department, ensure an efficient and cost effective operation and assist in achieving the weekly production plan ensuring that the required levels of quality, hygiene and supply to the customer are maintained, raising any issue or non-conformances to the management team. You will ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained, monitor and report on performance and promote an environment of continuous improvement.

Your experience

We are seeking a committed and positive individual with some previous food manufacturing operational experience (ideally at least one year) and looking to take a step up and progress your career. You will have a hands on approach, the ability to work under pressure and be able to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills in order to influence and motivate others.

More details

The Production Team Leader job is based in the Yorkshire region and is paying up to £21,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours are days, Monday to Friday.
