Quality Assurance Auditor – 2 positions available
To monitor factory & production standards with regard to GMP, hygiene and fabrication. To raise corrective actions as required and to liaise with the appropriate department to ensure actions are closed off in a timely manner
To arrange and carry out any testing as required by the Food Safety HACCP Plan. To collate Microbiological samples and swabs according to schedule and to arrange retests as required.
To collate samples and carry out or arrange allergen testing as required by the Food Safety HACCP plan.
To arrange calibrations and carry out calibration checks on equipment critical to food safety, legality and quality.
To promote, coach and train GMP and CCP s to existing and new staff via induction and on the job training.
To carry out Quality Inspections as required on raw materials, work in progress and finished according to procedure and schedule.
Working hours 3 x 12 hours shifts rotating to cover Mon - Sat
