The Organisation

We are a private family owned, Yorkshire business with our ‘roots’ firmly in the fresh produce trade. Our organisation is fast-paced, exciting, and dynamic.   Due to rapid successful growth our organisation is seeking a new exciting addition to the Production Team, based at our Royds Farm Road Vegetable processing site in Beeston.

The Team

The Production Team are the biggest team on site. They are the epicentre to our operations.  They are a hard-working and friendly team. They have a knack for ensuring products are made on time, put into the right ‘fast lane’ for production processing and packing products to our customers specification.

The Role

The main focus of the role being the management of stock levels, which means ensuring all products and ingredients are available when required.

In this fast paced high attention to detail role you will ensure stock that is moved throughout the site is accurately recorded on the system for its whereabouts. You will ensure there is enough stock on site to do the job correctly and you will ensure customer orders are accurately labelled in time for a timely delivery in accordance with protocol. Your job will also involve entering stock items on the system and reconciling delivery notes with purchase orders

Ideal candidate will be organised with a keen attention to detail, excellent data inputting skills, be familiar with utilising you will manage and prioritise workload, consistently working and maintaining the highest possible standards whilst delivering results to tight deadline.

Hours of Work

40 hours per week – averaged over 52 weeks. Will need to flexible to the needs of the business and will need to work nights.

Days / Shift Details

   Shifts are dependent on the peaks and troughs of the business, but this will be dependent  

Pay Details

£7.50 + Night Shift Allowance. Half hour for lunch (paid). Two 15 minute breaks paid.

Contract Information

28 days holiday per year including bank holidays. 1% pension after 3 months. 6 month probationary period.
