We are looking for a highly capable multi-skilled maintenance Engineer with a strong manufacturing background for this challenging new role. Within this role you will be required to provide full technical engineering support to the production function as part of the production team. You will be tasked with both proactive maintenance, reactive breakdowns, fault finding and continuously improving plant performance, while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will also take responsibility for continuous improvement of a specific area using good manufacturing and engineering practices.
We would like to hear from dynamic individuals who have previous experience of maintaining and improving process and packaging equipment and are looking for a varied engineering role offering a competitive salary and good long term career opportunities. You will possess a City & Guilds part 3, B-Tec ONC, or HNC in Mechanical/Electrical engineering disciplines. You will ideally have gained your engineering experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment, however we are open to speaking to very strong multi skilled engineers from other sectors for this role.
The Engineering Technician job is based in the London region and is paying up to £58,000 according to individual skills and previous experience.
