We are very proud and hugely excited to represent Kettle Foods in their search for the role of Business Account Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity not only to join an iconic and prestigious brand but also to join a vibrant and dynamic team with huge plans for growth over the coming years.
The role of Business Account Controller is essentially responsible for translating the objectives of Kettle Foods in to a deliverable plan in within their biggest customer Tesco. Working closely with and reporting in to the Head of Grocery this role is the key to building a strong partnership with Tesco to achieve financial objectives and long-term portfolio development.
As an ambassador for the Tesco agenda this role will require strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders and will require complete believe and demonstration of the integral values for Kettle: Aim Higher, Inspire, Stronger Together, Love Food, Think - Differently and Celebrate.
As a suitable candidate you will have current commercial expereince as a Senior NAM, Commercial Manager or equivalent within a branded or private label food or drink business. You will also have a demonstrable track record of working with top 4 retail accounts and Tesco knowledge will be a distinct advantage. Although expereince and market knowledge is the most important criteria a degree education would be highly desirable.
Also essential is strong organisation skills, positive and optimistic nature and genuine ambition and drive to learn and develop.
This is a home based role and can be based anywhere across the UK, however you will be required in Kettle Head Office in Norwich once a week.
