HR Director, Food Manufacturing, London
The main part of this role will be to manage recruitment, due to the ambitious and exciting business plan that the company is following and then to help to raise the retention levels of staff when they join. To help this happen, we are looking for a HR Director with experience of mass recruitment. We would also be looking for evidence of having put in place talent management systems and training to offer an exciting future to employees.
This client is passionate about creating an environment where staff want to stay and we are looking for a HR Director to work with the management team to make this happen. Someone who can support the business and be responsible for all things people - to be part of the change and help the business grow.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a senior HR role within the Hospitality sector (or at the very least retail), will have evidence of working in a role where there was real emphasis on supporting business growth and will possess a well developed EI.
On a personal level, you will naturally be someone that people like to work with. You will have real empathy while also possessing a degree of astuteness to enable accurate people management. This company is not a corporate environment, there are no unions to be dealt with and there is an underlying casualness about this business that will suit some people and be an influencing factor in considering whether this is the role for you.
