We are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Manager to join us at our Manton Wood "Food to Go" Production Facility. Your key focus will be to undertake a full training needs analysis and work with the Manufacturing/Business Unit leadership teams to develop and deliver the overall Learning and Development strategy.

As Training and Development Manager you will plan, deliver and evaluate key learning interventions designed to improve organisational capability and promote a culture of continuous improvement for local use. You will translate the Divisional L & D Strategy and works with line managers to convert it into the L&D plan for the Manufacturing Unit/Business Unit as well as partner with Line Managers to ensure appropriate learning and development is in place so that the overall performance increases in alignment with the strategy. You will source and introduce the appropriate technologies and methods around L & D to support the agenda Partners with the HR team within the BU/MU to assess development needs, perform gap analysis, design and implement programmes that build required skills and capabilities and research, design, deliver and review training solutions in order to grow organisational capability Partnering line managers in identifying talent or individuals with performance issues so that both groups can be supported with appropriate L & D solutions Agreed community engagement/projects supporting corporate responsibility e.g. Feeding Britain's Future Young Entrepreneur

Experience of Food manufacturing essential. PTLLS or Train the Trainer Extensive experience in the delivery of behaviour change programs at junior and middle management level Graduate calibre Proficient in the use of computer systems such as Word, Excel, Email, Power point Experience of coaching people/active listener
