Customer Relationship Co-ordinator
We are a small but growing team of enthusiastic people striving to provide an exceptional service to companies in food distribution and manufacture.
Our product offering is in line with current food trends and we provide ingredients to enable our clients to create dishes reflecting international, national and regional cuisines. This must be achieved through working with the team at Centaur Foods, including Matt in Quality Assurance, Kat in Accounts and Terry and the team in the Warehouse.
Building on our existing relationships with clients, face to face, or on the phone you will ensure our service is always excellent - we expect you to deliver a measurable improvement in customer communication and interaction, not only sales.
You will carry out a variety of work to assist in every aspect of the business including answering the phone, helping take customer orders and enquiries through to presenting ideas for new products and services.
You will visit customers and possibly our suppliers and get to know them to ensure that they know the breadth of what Centaur Foods has to offer.
You will bring ideas and customer requirements back to Centaur Foods so that we can always source and supply what the market needs and so that we are ahead of food fashions.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent listening skills and translate this into an ability to work with customers, as well as the team here, to help them select the best products from Centaur Foods for their business.
You will be well informed and up to date about the market requirements for food.
You must care about food, quality, and our customers varying needs, showing enthusiasm for delivering customer service.

You will be able to demonstrate a proactive problem solving approach.
You must be prepared to travel (access to a company car for this will be provided)
