Engineering in the world’s largest food company is a challenging prospect. It requires the flexibility to master the different technologies and processes that we use throughout our factories whilst also being an active part of a global implementation of TPM (Total Performance Management). In order to meet demand for a 24-hour operation and tough supply chain and customer service targets, our engineers strive to ensure our assets operate with the high efficiencies we expect whilst ensuring safety and food quality. Whether it’s chocolate manufacturing, wafer baking, coffee extraction or freeze drying, you’ll find yourself working with some of the most advanced processing technologies available in a company committed to sustainable manufacturing.

On this two year programme you will experience two challenging placements in our UK factories where you will work alongside our dedicated engineering teams and could be involved in one of the many projects to commission a new state-of-the-art production line or participate as part of an improvement team to develop new processes or technologies

You will have the opportunity to work towards your Chartered Engineering Status with the view of becoming an Engineering Manager, Project Engineer or even to branch out into broader technical management roles.
