The National Centre for Food Manufacturing (NCFM) is the University’s flagship centre for the UK’s Food Industry with some 250 UK businesses accessing courses for their employees, technical services and research via the campus. Our clients include Bakkavor, Premier Foods, the Produce World Group, Moy Park, QV Foods, Kerry Foods, Tesco and Iceland amongst others and we collaborate with many international partners and universities. In addition we have a number of collaborative research projects running in partnership with leading suppliers of technology to the industry including suppliers of robotics, sensors and control systems,  cooking, cooling, refrigeration including, pneumatics, ERP and business systems suppliers.
