It all began with the export of Danish bacon to England back in 1887. With 130 years of farming and butchery expertise, pork and beef is our speciality. It is our rich heritage that gives us our unique industry know-how from farm to fork.
As the UK division of one of the largest meat producers in Europe, we have benefited from significant investment in farming and manufacturing processes, meaning our food safety and animal welfare standards are some of the highest in the world. Our scale allows us to hand select the ‘cream of the crop’ for our restaurant customers, to ensure the highest quality, uniform products every time.
