The ideal entrants will be graduates who are interested in food marketing or new product development roles in the future, like the opportunities on offer here. Their task is to create a new, unique food or drink product – or to take an existing PepsiCo product and develop it in a new direction. They will then need to pitch this product to PepsiCo leaders, as well as explaining how they would intend to take it to market.
This will be a test of innovation and market savvy, as well as the ability to pitch an idea in a way that people can believe in. Candidates will be drawn from a wide range of countries and then will compete head to head, including locations such as the UK, the Netherlands, Serbia, Poland, Spain, France, Belgium, and Turkey.

We’re in our third year of running a graduate challenge and, as a result, we’re expecting the competition and ideas to be the boldest yet. The process will be a long one for those who are chosen, with a twelve-week schedule laid out to help narrow down the choices. The candidates who are skilled enough to reach the final stage of the initiative will be given the opportunity to travel to New York and attend an interview with senior officials. There, they will have the chance to land themselves a spot on the graduate programmes available throughout Europe with PepsiCo’s various offices.
