Food Courses at Coventry University

At Coventry University, students wishing to study food related degrees are given the opportunity to undergo a BSc (Hons) Food and Nutrition ( course. This specific course runs for either 3 or 4 years, depending on whether the student chooses to take a year out of full time education to complete a placement or year abroad. Students who choose to experience a placement year are in a brilliant position when graduating, with the hands-on practice they will get in the food industry; these students will be pushed above the rest.

In the final year, students are required to apply their knowledge to case studies and projects, meaning they are fully prepared for the challenges of working life once they have graduated. Each day will be varied for students, helping each individual develop, no matter what their preferred style of learning is. There will be a series of lectures, workshops, seminars and practical classes over the course of the degree, all of which will support student development.
