About the Role
As our Demand Planner you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely and efficient sales volume forecasts and resultant demand plans, delivering in excess of the agreed forecast accuracy targets. You will also develop processes to improve forecast accuracy and understanding to help drive lower costs through reducing working capital, utilising factories capacity and improve Customer Service Levels.
You'll work closely with sales and commercial teams to agree weekly and monthly volume forecasts so that targets can be achieved or bettered, driving lower supply chain costs and develop independent views of the forecast where appropriate to challenge the status quo.
About You
You'll have a few years of industry experience in a forecasting / planning planning role and be looking to take the next step in your Supply Chain career. You'll be a capable process influencer and a demonstrable team player. You will be results orientated and work with integrity.

The salary for this role is competitive and dependent on experience. We also offer an annual bonus incentive and a good company pension scheme, as well as 2x basic salary life assurance plus 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays.
