Glasgow’s local smokehouse is looking for the right person to front a rapidly expanding premium food brand.
Luss Smokehouse is a new and exciting project with ambitious growth plans.
Reporting to the board, you will be selling Luss Smokehouse products to business customers in retail, food service, and hospitality, as well as making an active contribution to operations management and product development.
You’ll have experience of B2B sales in the premium food or drink sector, including export, and be willing to travel internationally.
You will be determined, quick to understand and exploit opportunities, comfortable producing ambitious sales plans, creative, willing to muck in, motivated by targets, keen to take responsibility, and a fast learner.
A driving licence and sense of humour are essential.
The business was established 3 years ago in the beautiful village of Luss, on the shores of Loch Lomond, just half an hour from Glasgow. Production volumes are increasing dramatically and a retail unit was opened last year. The smokehouse is newly built, immaculately equipped, and is SALSA accredited.
