Sales Operations Manager

Britvic has embarked on a significant change programme which involves the setting up of a Shared Services model to support the Customer Sales team. The Sales Operations team will take ownership of key commercial activities and processes in close conjunction with the Sales team including co-ordination of new account openings, customer price file management, gift & sample orders and POS orders.
Reporting into the Commercial Effectiveness Transformation Manager, the Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the Sales Operations function and a team of up to 7 Sales Operations Analysts.
We are looking for candidates who have significant experience of working in a Shared Services environment as well as experience in leading, developing and appraising a team, ideally in a Shared Services environment. You would be expected to have an in depth understanding of commercial processes within an FMCG/SAP environment.
