Group Strategy Manager
We are looking for a Senior Manager with top tier strategy consultancy experience to join the Global Strategy Team of a FTSE 10 business. Working alongside a highly experienced Strategy Leadership team, you will be helping to shape the future of some of Britain’s most recognizable brands with exposure to the most senior management.

The remit of the role is huge: working across Corporate and Market strategy agendas you could be involved in topics such as driving strategic planning, global market strategies, pressure-testing our strategy against disruptive forces, and driving our point of view and plans on transformation agendas such as Digital. You will be reporting into a highly experienced Strategy Leadership team and will be working closely with the global executive team to drive the holistic business agenda.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with experience in a top-tier consultancy. You will have experience in consumer, retail or digital. Specifically, you will exhibit:
- High strategic ability with a passion for consumer, shopper, customer, competitor and marketplace insight
- High organisational agility to navigate a complex, networked organization
- Strong business acumen with a “commercial first” mindset
- Ability to embrace change and ambiguity
- Inclusive, collaborative mindset with global empathy
- Strong leadership and influencing skills; adept at storytelling and
not afraid to stand alone regardless of position and level
