Our Client is a dynamic, innovative and established Prepared Fresh Food business, currently achieving high levels of sustained growth across their category. We currently offer an exciting opportunity to join the technical team as Customer Technologist / Technical Manager.

Reporting to and working alongside the Head of Technical, the position of Customer Technologist / Technical Manager offers a challenging, yet rewarding retail customer-facing technical role, working as a part of a driven food technical team to ensure that the company continues to drive business forward, meeting a high level of standards. The successful individual will be interacting with retail customers, gaining the opportunity to work with a variety of accounts.

We require;

Experienced Technical individual with at least 2 years’ experience in a Food Business, ideally chilled.

Fresh Produce exposure, with high-care manufacturing experience being advantageous

Management of retail customers

Confident with quality / technical systems & procedures including BRC, HACCP, Auditing, NPD, and Food Safety.

Salary; £35-40k dependent on skills and experience offered
