Territory Manager - Convenience and Impulse - South Coast
Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting a Territory Manager covering a South-Coast patch for an historic confectioners based in the capital.
Our client is a leading confectionery manufacturer and wholesaler based in London. They seek a talented & determined Territory Manager to help continue the recent and rapid growth and success of their business on the South Coast.
As a Territory Manager you will be selling an extensive portfolio of products to both existing & new customers across convenience and impulse retailers. You will also be responsible for managing compliance and generating additional revenue through increasing range, service levels, sales and profitability for accounts. Developing and maintaining relationships with these customers will be key to your success.
You will have a proven track record of food sales with experience of selling to a similar customer base. You will possess strong commercial judgement and excellent negotiation skills with an affable and confident persona. You will be self-directed and able to overcome adverse scenarios with charm and commercial acumen. You will need to possess a driving license and means of transportation, and will ideally be located in the BH, DT, PO, SO or SP postcodes.
It is expected that due to the increasing success of our client, the successful candidate can view progression with an optimistic outlook. The client offers a good starting salary with the introduction of performance-related commission after an initial probationary period.
