Salary between £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience).
Bistrot Pierre. Master Kitchen Oakham
Bistrot Pierre are a growing and highly successful French Bistrot restaurant chain. Due to expansion we require a Production Manager to become a valued member of the Master Kitchen Team. Reporting to the General Manager you will require the drive and enthusiasm to assist in taking the Master Kitchen to the next level, enabling and driving our efficiencies in food production. You will be experienced in managing a team within a fast paced food manufacturing environment and must be willing to go that extra mile to deliver quality products to each restaurant on time every time.
* Ability to manage an established team.
* Proven experience in delivering change within a business.
* Able to make decisions and implement them when required.
* Able to lead from the front and by example. (Not afraid to get your sleeves rolled up).
* A sound understanding of HACCP and HACCP requirements.
* Manufacturing knowledge of Soups and Sauces (desirable)
