You will be working for an independent and innovative business which is highly focused on meeting and exceeding customer needs. Products are shipped all over the globe supplying wholesalers, distributors, retailers and hotels with a wide selection of frozen and ambient goods.
The business are looking for a new Export Administrator to join their growing team to be responsible for managing all customers shipping documentation, invoicing and health certificate applications for the business whilst ensuring professionalism, attention to detail and accuracy at every stage. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally on a daily basis, ensure all products, prices and customer details are correct for invoicing, learn & understand all of the certificates and documentation required, ensure each shipment has the correct shipping documentation provided, stay up to date with individual customer regulations and requirements, creation of credit notes plus execute exceptional time keeping and planning, ensuring that multiple orders are handled at the same time with accuracy in an organised manner.
To be considered for the Export Administrator role, you will be educated to a degree level or equivalent plus possess previous experience of working in an administration role, ideally within an export, shipping or freight environment. Previous experience of working within food manufacturing will be highly advantageous. You be a quick learner, have good attention to detail plus be IT literate with confidence in Word and Excel.
The Export Administrator job is based in the West Midlands region and is paying £18,000. The working hours are Monday to Friday, office hours.
